This database provides an overview of many of the terms and individuals used by or associated with movements and groups that subscribe to and/or promote extremist or hateful ideologies across the political and ideological spectrum. It is not all inclusive. Being included in this database does not mean that individuals or groups are engaging in illegal or violent conduct, but rather that in ADL’s judgment the views as exemplified by the statements made in support of those views can be considered extreme. ADL typically notes when an individual or group is alleged to have engaged in illegal or violent conduct. |
